Refund policy
At Super Cheap Electrical, we pride ourselves on making your shopping experience as seamless as possible. If you would like to return an item, or something is not what you expected, please click on this link and follow the prompts. A return merchandise authorisation (RMA) will be provided before any returns are accepted. At all times you will be notified by email/phone once your return has been received and processed on our end.
Please note that in-store purchases can only be returned in store. This policy applies to online purchases only. Below you will find an overview of our returns policy and procedure.
REFUNDS
For refunds, please go through our Refund/Exchange portal within 48 hours or as soon as practicable upon receiving the goods and reference your order number. You will be entitled to a refund for the following reasons:
- Good is dead on arrival
- Faulty
To support the return process, we may request photos and/or video/s of the item’s condition.

Change Of Mind
We offer a 14 day change of mind return for a store-credit only. The good returned must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories included and in a resaleable condition.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to a change of mind return and is recommended that returns are using registered post or trackable courier. We can not be held responsible if returned goods are lost in transit.
To support the return process, we may request photos and/or video/s of the item’s condition.

Exchanges
We offer an exchange within 14 days of receipt of good(s). All goods returned must be unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping cost related to the exchange. Any price difference from the exchange must be paid prior to the good(s) being shipped. If the product you’re exchanging cost less than your original purchase, the difference will be issued to you via a store credit.

Faulty Goods
Please attach photos to assist us in processing your claim for defective goods. All faulty goods will be offered a replacement or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. A return postage label will be sent to you to return the item back to us for assessment.
If the product is found to not be faulty there will be no refund or replacement and the customer will be responsible for picking up the good(s).
Manufacturer’s warranty is 12 months unless stated otherwise by product. Please refer to product item description as some may vary accordingly.

Damaged Goods
Please notify us within 48 hours or as soon as practicable upon receiving any damaged goods for the claim to be reviewed and processed in a timely manner. Damaged goods will be determined by damaged in transit or manufacture defect. If goods are deemed to be damaged/defective a replacement product will be offered, or a refund may be provided at our discretion. Please attach photos to assist us in your claim for damaged goods.
Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy from time to time by publishing the revised terms on our website.
